Shakespeare Authorship Mystery Day (SAM Day) commemorates the initial publication of the First Folio on November 8, 1623, and recognizes the steadily growing global doubts about the traditional story of Shakespeare’s authorship.
It is a day to celebrate doubt about the traditional Stratfordian theory of authorship and recognize other candidates for Bard’s crown.
The day is an annual opportunity for ALL authorship doubters — whether they support a particular candidate as the true Bard, or simply doubt the traditional Stratfordian theory of authorship — to amplify their voices and raise the visibility of the Shakespeare authorship question.
День восьмого ноября — красный день календаря.
